哈瑪星貿易商大樓

貿易商大樓現址最早曾為日治時期的高級大旅館「春田館」。1963 年易主後更名為貿易商大樓，2017 年起修復一年多後，於2018 年重新啟用。除保留原始建築樣貌及歲月累積留存的痕跡，如外牆洗石子、室內磨石子地坪、木造門窗、屋頂西式木屋架構造等，更透過夜間照明襯托此經典建築。同時也透過歷史描述、老照片、模型、影像等展示過往哈瑪星繁榮，讓民眾認識「金融第一街」的光榮歷程。

The Hamasen Trader Building was once the luxur y hotel "Harutakwan" during Japanese era. The building changed its owner, name, and purpose in 1963 and re-opened in 2018 after a year-long renovation that started in 2017. The restoration project has preserved the signature architectural features such as the building's wash-pebbled exterior, whetpebbled floor, wooden windows, and the Western-styled wooden cabin roof-top structure. It also leverages a night illumination system to complement the classical designs. The exhibition display on view captures Hamasen's historical glamor with archival materials, old photos, models, and videos, providing a window into the grandeur and prosperity of this area which was once dubbed as the "Top Street of Finance".
