臺灣鳳梨工場

臺灣曾是世界鳳梨罐頭重要產地，但如今全臺僅存一 間鳳梨罐頭工廠建築物 —— 由台北大稻埕商人葉金 塗，人稱鳳梨王所創設的「泰芳商會鳳梨罐詰工場」。 本工場於2004 年登錄為歷史建築，經修復活化後，於 2018 年8 月重新以「臺灣鳳梨工場」之名啟用，承載 臺灣百年來鳳梨罐頭歷史發展興衰，紀念那一段黃金 的鳳梨產業年代。館內除展示大樹在地文史、泰芳商 會歷史及臺灣鳳梨罐頭產業發展史外，還能體驗罐頭 封罐。

Taiwan was once one of the biggest production sites for the global pineapple canning industry. There is now only one such factory still standing across the island of Taiwan. This remaining pineapple canning factory was founded under the Taifang Chamber of Commerce by Jin-Tu Ye – a businessman from Dadaocheng, Taipei – who was nicknamed the "Pineapple King". The factory was listed as a historical building in 2004 and was reopened after restoration in August 2018 under its current name Taiwan Pineapple Museum. The factory witnesses the rise and fall of Taiwan's pineapple canning industry and pays tributes to the golden age of the business. The museum not only exhibits the local history and culture of the Dashu District, but also showcases the development of the Taifang Chamber of Commerce and the pineapple canning industry in Taiwan, as well as featuring experience-based canning workshops.
